Bookings and Confirmation

Customers may submit a booking request through our website, WhatsApp, email or another authorized booking channel.

A request is subject to availability, operational arrangements and confirmation by the Company.

An automated form-submission acknowledgement does not itself mean that a reservation is fully confirmed.

A confirmed booking will ordinarily identify the selected tour, guest details, date, start time, number of vehicles, transfer arrangements, total charges and relevant payment status.

Accurate Booking Details

Customers must provide accurate contact information, guest counts, pickup requirements and other necessary reservation details.

Please notify us promptly if any information changes.

Tour prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.

The final price applicable to your booking will be confirmed before payment and may depend on the vehicle, duration, number of participants, package inclusions and transfer requirements.

Additional services, including hotel pickup and drop-off, may involve separate charges.

Secure Payment Links

Where advance payment is required, the Company may provide an individual secure payment link through an authorized external payment service provider.

Accepted card methods may include Visa, Mastercard and American Express, where supported by the payment provider and the Company's account.

Payment details entered into a hosted checkout are processed under the payment provider's applicable terms and privacy policy.

Please contact the reservations team promptly, as alternative arrangements may sometimes be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through an appropriate payment channel.

Refund completion times can depend on the payment provider, card issuer, banking processes and the circumstances of the refund.

We will communicate the applicable refund status and expected processing arrangements.

Refund Rights Under Law

Nothing in this policy removes any cancellation, refund, compensation or other remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer protection law.

07 / 22

Rescheduling and Booking Changes

Customers may request free rescheduling at least 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.

Changes to the selected vehicle, tour duration, guest numbers or transfer arrangements may affect the total price.

Requests made closer to the scheduled start time will be reviewed according to operational availability and the circumstances.

If a booking cannot be completed on the original date, the Company may offer an alternative date, a suitable substitute arrangement or an applicable refund.

A transferable booking credit or voucher may be offered when mutually agreed and permitted by applicable law.

08 / 22

Age and Driving Eligibility

The minimum age for driving our dune buggies is generally 16 years, subject to the selected vehicle, operator assessment and any applicable requirements.

Younger guests may join as passengers in suitable vehicles from the permitted passenger age, generally 3 years and above, subject to an appropriate seat, restraint system, supervision and safety assessment.

A parent or legal guardian must authorize participation by minors and comply with any applicable supervision requirements.

Drivers must be able to understand and follow the guide's instructions and demonstrate safe vehicle operation.

The Company may decline driving participation or assign a passenger role where there are reasonable safety concerns.

Identification, proof of age or other eligibility evidence may be requested when reasonably necessary.

09 / 22

Safety Briefing and Equipment

All participants must attend the safety briefing before starting the adventure.

Drivers and passengers must follow instructions concerning safety gear, seating, restraints, vehicle controls and safe riding conduct.

  • Wear the helmet and protective equipment provided.
  • Keep seatbelts or restraints fastened when required.
  • Follow the guide's route and safety instructions.
  • Maintain an appropriate distance from other vehicles.
  • Notify the guide immediately about vehicle faults or concerns.
  • Stop driving when directed by the guide.

The guide may adjust the route, pace or activity based on conditions and participant experience.

10 / 22

Vehicle Operation and Guided Tours

Our dune buggy adventures are guided self-drive tours, not unrestricted independent vehicle rentals.

Guests drive their selected buggies while following an experienced guide through the designated desert route.

Driving Pace

Guides may adapt the pace according to each driver's demonstrated ability, conditions and the safety of the group.

Faster driving may be permitted where the guide considers it appropriate and safe, but speed or driving style cannot be guaranteed.

Prohibited Driving

  • Deliberate drifting or spinning
  • Dangerous zig-zag driving
  • Unauthorized racing
  • Intentional jumps or stunts
  • Leaving the guided route without permission
  • Unsafe overtaking
  • Ignoring warnings or stop instructions
  • Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs

The guide may stop a ride if a driver repeatedly operates a vehicle in a dangerous manner.

11 / 22

Vehicle Damage and Repair Charges

Drivers must operate vehicles responsibly and follow all safety instructions.

A customer may be responsible for the reasonable and substantiated cost of repairing damage caused by negligent, reckless, prohibited or otherwise contractually chargeable conduct, subject to applicable law.

Examples of Chargeable Damage

  • Rollover damage caused by dangerous or prohibited driving.
  • Collision damage resulting from negligent operation.
  • Damage caused by deliberately ignoring guide instructions.
  • Intentional misuse of a vehicle.

Actual Repair Costs

Where a customer is responsible for damage, charges are based on reasonable actual repair costs supported by an assessment, quotation or invoice.

Customers may request an explanation of the damage assessment and supporting repair documentation.

Important clarification

Our standard approach does not impose an automatic AED 10,000 rollover penalty or an automatic AED 500 charge per repair day. Relevant damage claims are assessed individually on their merits.

Mechanical Failures

Customers are not charged for mechanical failures or ordinary wear and tear not attributable to their chargeable conduct.

Damage disputes should be raised promptly with our team. A workshop assessment or third-party repair documentation may be used where appropriate.

12 / 22

Off-Road Risks and Insurance

Dune buggy driving is an outdoor adventure activity involving uneven terrain, sand dunes, changing ground conditions and moving vehicles.

Even with professional guides, protective equipment and appropriate precautions, off-road driving carries inherent risks.

These may include loss of control, rollover, impact, equipment damage and personal injury.

Off-road vehicle activities are not covered by standard road motor insurance.

Customers should not assume that personal accident, medical or travel insurance is included unless this is explicitly confirmed in writing.

Guests are encouraged to consider suitable personal travel or activity insurance covering off-road recreation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to unsafe or negligently provided services.

13 / 22

Health and Fitness to Participate

Participants should consider their physical condition before booking an off-road adventure.

Due to vibration, movement, uneven terrain and the possibility of sudden impacts, the activity is generally not recommended for:

  • Pregnant guests
  • Guests with significant back or neck conditions
  • Guests with certain heart-related conditions
  • Guests with medical or mobility concerns that could make participation unsafe

If you are uncertain about your ability to participate, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional and contact our team before booking.

Guests should disclose relevant safety limitations to the extent necessary for the activity to be assessed appropriately.

The Company may refuse participation where there are reasonable concerns that the activity cannot be undertaken safely.

14 / 22

Hotel Transfers and Arrival Times

Hotel pickup and drop-off services are available for selected bookings, subject to confirmation and any additional fee.

Pickup arrangements, vehicle type, location, time and total transfer cost will be communicated as part of the booking.

Guests choosing to arrive independently will receive the applicable meeting location or instructions.

Pickup and arrival times may vary due to traffic, route conditions, guest collection requirements and operational circumstances.

Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup or meeting time and remain reachable on the contact number provided.

If you expect to be late, please contact our reservations team as early as possible.

Late arrivals and missed pickups will be assessed according to the applicable confirmed arrangements and circumstances.

15 / 22

Weather and Operational Changes

Desert activities depend on suitable weather, terrain conditions, safe equipment and operational availability.

The Company may change a route, delay departure, substitute a suitable vehicle or suspend an activity where reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.

If We Cannot Operate Your Tour

If we cancel a confirmed tour because it cannot safely or reasonably be provided, customers will be offered an appropriate rescheduling option or refund of the affected service, subject to applicable law.

Where a proposed substitute materially differs from what was purchased, the customer's applicable legal rights remain protected.

16 / 22

Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

Guests must respect staff, other participants, vehicles and the desert environment.

  • Treat guides and other guests respectfully.
  • Avoid littering or damaging the environment.
  • Do not interfere with vehicle safety equipment.
  • Follow the guide's instructions during the entire tour.
  • Do not participate while intoxicated.
  • Report any accident, injury or equipment problem immediately.

We may remove a participant from an activity where reasonably necessary to protect safety, subject to applicable consumer rights and the specific circumstances.

17 / 22

Photography and Media

Scenic photography stops may be included in selected packages, subject to the itinerary and conditions.

Guests may take personal photos when the guide confirms it is safe to do so.

Any professional photography, video production or additional media service is subject to the package details and applicable arrangements.

The Company will obtain any consent required under applicable law before using identifiable customer images for promotional purposes.

You may raise questions or objections about the use of your image by contacting our team.

18 / 22

Privacy and Information Security

When making a booking, we collect information reasonably necessary to process enquiries, arrange activities, communicate with guests and meet applicable obligations.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy .

Customers should avoid sharing sensitive account credentials or full card information by email or WhatsApp.

Secure payment transactions, where applicable, are completed through the authorized payment provider.

19 / 22

Liability and Consumer Rights

We aim to provide our services with reasonable care, appropriate equipment and trained operational personnel.

Guests are responsible for observing safety instructions and exercising reasonable care while participating in activities.

Neither these Terms nor any participation agreement is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer protection, legal remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Any assessment of responsibility for loss, damage or injury will take account of the relevant facts, applicable contractual obligations and mandatory law.

References to activity risks do not relieve the Company of legal obligations concerning the safe and professional provision of services.

20 / 22

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about your tour, booking, payment or service, please contact our reservations team with your booking reference, relevant dates and a description of the issue.

We aim to investigate complaints fairly and communicate a reasonable response.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, customers retain the right to seek assistance from the appropriate UAE consumer protection authority or pursue available legal remedies.

These Terms are generally governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protection rules that apply.

21 / 22

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, business practices, operational requirements or applicable law.

The current version will be published on this page with the latest revision date.

Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to confirmed bookings in a manner inconsistent with applicable law or binding commitments.
